Returns & Repairs Rewired Handmade

1. Returns
Due to the nature of Rewired Handmade products (being handmade, one-of-a-kind, and produced in small batches) returns are not accepted.
This is in accordance with EU consumer law, which allows an exception to the right of withdrawal for custom-made and unique goods that cannot be resold.

Please carefully review product descriptions, photos, and measurements before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me before placing an order.
2. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at [RewiredHandmade@gmail.com]

Clear photos of the damage
Together we will look for a fair solution.
3. Repairs
Each item is handmade using vintage and reclaimed fabrics, which can naturally be more delicate due to age.
If your item becomes damaged over time, I am happy to discuss repair options.
Depending on the situation, I may ask that shipping costs are covered, while I cover the repair itself.
