1. About Rewired Handmade

Rewired Handmade is a one-person business based in the Netherlands, creating handmade, one-of-a-kind products from carefully sourced vintage and reclaimed textiles.

2. Products

Every item is handmade and unique. Because vintage and reclaimed fabrics are used, slight variations in colour, texture, measurements or signs of previous life may occur. These are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects. Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.
 

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€).

Rewired Handmade participates in the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR). Therefore, no Dutch VAT is charged. Payment must be completed before an order is shipped. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country.
 

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided on the website but may vary depending on the destination and postal services.

Rewired Handmade cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
 

5. Returns

Consumers within the European Union have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
 

As a one-person business, every Rewired Handmade piece is carefully designed, handmade and packaged by me. Returns have a significant financial impact on a small independent maker, both in time and costs.

6. Warranty

Under Dutch and European consumer law, customers are entitled to the legal guarantee that products must match what can reasonably be expected from them.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, product descriptions, logos and other website content remain the property of Rewired Handmade and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
 

8. Liability

Rewired Handmade is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that consumers have under applicable law.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
