Hi there! :) I’m Esther and welcome to Rewired; A one-woman mission to rewire the fashion industry. One handmade & upcycled item at a time.

Rewired is where bright & vibrant city meets calm & grounded nature. A creative blend of bold colours and soft pastels, relaxed fits and playful vibes. For those with their feet in the city and their hearts in the forest.

Each upcycled piece is handmade from pre-loved second hand or vintage fabrics that are given new life: textiles with history, remade into unique creations. No mass production. No fast fashion. Just one-of-a-kind handmade items that honour what already exists.

Rewired was born in Tofino - a tiny surf town on Canada’s west coast where the rainforest meets the ocean - and grew up in the creative, quirky city of Utrecht in The Netherlands. I carry both worlds within me: the freedom and groundedness of nature and the vibrant energy of city life. Rewired is for those who, like me, live somewhere in between.

It’s made for those who don’t fit into boxes, and don’t want to. It’s for the artsy and the adventurous. The grounded and the playful. The mindful and the bold. Effortlessly stylish, with a love for the handmade and the meaningful. Rewired is a celebration of contrast: honest, colourful and free.
